Signs of a stroke generally appear suddenly and may include dizziness, confusion, and severe headache with no known cause. Often, multiple symptoms will appear at the same time. Other signs of a stroke can include difficulties seeing from one or both eyes and weakness or numbness in the limbs or face (especially on one side of the body).
